Refund policy

At Freewell, we love when you’re happy. We stand behind our products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase(s). If you are not satisfied, our team will help make the return process seamless.

All you have to do is return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase.

The following items can not be returned:

  • Product samples
  • Gift Cards
  • Individual products that were originally purchased as part of a set/bundle

For returns without the original receipt, we will use the last known sale price for it’s value.

Shipping charges are only refundable if products were delivered late, damaged in transit, or if you were sent the wrong product.

Please note:

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment, it is normal for the shipping envelope or box to show some wear and tear however, if there is any damage to the product itself, please email us at hi@livefreewell.com. Our team will be happy to assist you on next steps.
