Why I Created The Ritual Cap

I'm a 20+ year hairstylist and a die-hard sauna person. I love the heat, the sweat, the reset — the entire ritual.

But I started noticing something in my own hair, and then in my sauna-loving clients: it felt dry, rough and depleted. Not the damage I was used to seeing from hot tools, but something slower, from repeated intense heat.

I loved what the sauna did for me. I hated what it was doing to my hair.

So I teamed up with Ph.D. scientist Dr. Jacquelyn Dorhout. After hundreds of hours of conversations with fellow sauna devotees, the Ritual Cap took shape — built to protect your hair through the sauna and while you sleep.

I wasn’t willing to sauna less. I wasn’t willing to sacrifice my hair. I wanted better. That became the Ritual Cap™.
